Meridian Home Health is a Joint Commission Accredited and Medicare certified home health agency. We offer exceptional healthcare services for our patients while in the comfort of their home. At Meridian Home Health, our skilled nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and social workers provide expert level care through individualized treatment plans.
